This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AIClawStudio collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to operate this service.

2. What Data We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect:
- Your email address (to deliver your download link)
- Your name and billing country (collected by Stripe during checkout)
- Transaction metadata provided by Stripe (payment amount, date, Stripe session ID)
We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy.
We do not use cookies or advertising trackers. We do use privacy-focused Umami analytics to measure pageviews and key site events without selling personal data.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used solely to deliver your purchased product and respond to any support requests. We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as described below.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe - payment processing. Stripe processes your card details under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend - transactional email delivery. Your email address is passed to Resend for the sole purpose of delivering your download link.
- IONOS - web hosting. Our server is hosted on IONOS infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
Purchase records including your email address are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting obligations. Download tokens are invalidated after use or after 48 hours, whichever comes first.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- EU/UK residents: the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Your data may be processed by our third-party service providers in the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
