Refund Policy
Last updated: April 12, 2026
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been delivered. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.
No Refund on Delivered Digital Products
AIClawStudio sells digital goods in the form of downloadable files, including PDF and ZIP products. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are final once the download link has been sent to you.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. By doing so, you waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or redelivery in the following circumstances:
Non-delivery. If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, use the contact form. We will verify the transaction and reissue your link or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Materially defective content. If the file you downloaded is corrupt, unreadable, or the content is materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either provide a corrected file or issue a refund.
Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
How to Contact Us
For any issue with your order, use the contact form and include your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest it and provide Stripe with evidence of delivery. We encourage you to reach out directly first as we are happy to resolve genuine issues promptly.
Jurisdiction Note
Certain jurisdictions may have mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are uncertain about your rights, we recommend seeking independent legal advice.
