These Terms of Service govern your use of the AIClawStudio website and your purchase of any digital products offered through it. By accessing this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. About Us

AIClawStudio is operated by an individual seller based in British Columbia, Canada. All products are digital goods sold directly to the buyer. Use the contact form for any questions.

2. Products and Purchases

All products sold on this site are digital downloads, including PDF and ZIP files. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a unique, time-limited download link. That link is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

You are purchasing a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content for your personal or internal business purposes only.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

Each purchase grants you a personal licence to read and apply the content. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute any purchased content in whole or in part, in any format, without prior written permission.

4. Payment

All transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any local taxes you may be required to pay in your jurisdiction.

5. Digital Delivery

Download links are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Links expire 48 hours after issue. If you experience a delivery failure or your link has expired, use the contact form and we will reissue it.

6. Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our products is the intellectual property of AIClawStudio. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, that the content will produce specific results for your business. Results depend on your own circumstances, effort, and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
